Midlife is a powerful phase of life, a time of growth, transformation, and new possibilities.
But it can also be a time of unique challenges: hormonal shifts, career pressures, and the constant juggle of work, family, and self-care. I know this firsthand because I’ve been there.
About me
My journey
I didn’t plan any of this.
Quietly at first: anxiety that didn’t feel like me at all, sleepless nights, aching joints, and a creeping sadness so heavy that getting out of bed felt like an achievement. Years of small signals I didn’t know how to read – until a single blood test made everything click.
Then came the DEXA scan. Osteopenia. And at 49, I’d already lost centimetres in height. That was the moment that stopped me in my tracks. My body hadn’t suddenly changed, it had been whispering for years but I simply didn’t know how to listen.
This was also the moment I saw the pieces coming together. Over 20 years as an educator. Training in yoga, breathwork, and Culinary Medicine. A decade of navigating my own perimenopause journey before I had the language for it. None of it was wasted. It was all preparation for what I am doing today: working with women who are somewhere in the middle of their own puzzle — feeling their own pieces shift, but not yet seeing the picture.
I am here to help you understand what’s happening in your body so you can respond before things start to feel overwhelming, and to feel supported in a way that is steady, informed, and real.
No fear, guilt, or false promises. Just everything I’ve learned and lived, put to work for you.
